It's brilliant ! We did a bit of footage on our way home it's been deleted due to the speeds Mrs Laser was clocking up just incase interpol find it !
Seriously having popped our euro capri driving cherry it's adicitive we took a load of spares and in all honesty we never used them just use your capri a few months before and fix any problems you spot . Don't fix the symptoms look for the cause and find it and you are sorted.

must agree with Laser, long distance travel in a Capri is a delight .. after all they are actually a designed tourer ...
after all the years I drove abroad in mine, from the Mk1, the Lasers (1.6 & 2ltr) and finally with Rumbly .. generally ticking off between 2500-3500 per trip ... there really is nothing to fear if you just spend a proper amount of time doing your general maintenance and servicing.
if there's no faults that cause you bother humping up & down the UK, there's nothing going to go wrong in Europe, or beyond. Its just a matter of sensible head & enjoy ...
Also you will probably find that the fuel over there is of a better quality, Rumbly in particular, but also our 2003 RAV4 always seems to go better, more economically, and so much smoother when we drive abroad ...

Just a wee V8, hopefully Rumbling along soon...
