Replaced roll bar. The wings are xpack fibresport. Checked the those measurements, tiny amount of difference but not enough to rub this much.
Car is booked in with Tickover end of November for electrics. So they said they would check it on the ramp. Fingers crossed it’s just a case of front panel needing a tweak.

Thinking I may drop tyre size on fronts from 245/45/16 down to 225/45/16 that way it’s only a 9mm drop which won’t notice much but will clear nicely.
If measuring comes up correct.

Got the new tyres on the fronts, no rubbing phew.
All set for a vist to Tickover for wiring electric windows and alarm.
Cant wait its getting closer to being finished. Its been far too long in my garage.
Thanks all for help, will still get 4 wheel alignment checked.
