My target for my mk3 completion is early summer 2019 so providing i have no major hicups i will be attendingšŸ‘. However the 180 mile round trip concerns me, hopefully i will have had a few decent runs in it by then though.
Ry.

90 miles each way, possibly a hour and a half journey?
we brought our capri down from Glasgow, 600 round trip, with no probs, went to Orkney in 2010 660 round trip .. Also did both trips with the General Lee Capri in 2011..
Capris are actually designed as long distance tourers - you should have absolutely no worries

And my 2.8 just did another week-long 1500-mile tour to Oregon and back, roughly 350 miles each way and touring the whole region while there. Nothing passed it the whole way home, now 342,000 miles on the car.
Made to be driven! :driver: :driver:

Throw some extra oil, some extra coolant a few spanners and some duct tape in the boot. And make sure you have a full tank of fuel and your golden.
Capri's like to munch the miles.

Jake
