question for people with 1.6/2.0 struts what inserts do you have fitted?

My mk3 has gaz adjustables at the moment which I may have tweaked once or twice when I had it on the road they sound good i suppose but it's not like I'll go out and give it today i fancy a few clicks firmer or softer  soo to save messing around with them again I was thinking of getting ones that come already set from factory so its basically fit and forget or do I stick with what I have?

bilstein, koni, KYB, spax, avo who's got what?

any feedback would be helpful

yup - have Gaz inserts..
dial zero, and go a drive ..
twist 5 clicks go the same drive ..
what exactly felt different ??

I had mine dialled in at 12 clicks, been a few miles now - France, Germany, Spain .. seemed OK ..
Oh aye did Nuerburgring in 2007.. that went well.. so am happy with 8 clicks up ..

Just a wee V8, hopefully Rumbling again soon...

On the 2.0s I think I have Spax on the front and tried them also on the rears but the ride ended up too harsh. Swapped the rears for standard Monroe gas shocks and the ride and handling really improved. Kept the Spax on the front on a medium setting IIRC.
