    Anyone know of this car?
I have the job of getting it back on the road for a customer. It was bought from a classic car auction earlier this month.

Its been loved by an enthusiast at some point and even has some capri power forum stickers on it.

Couple more photos of the car. Gaz is going to turn it into a show winning master piece right Gaz?

Looks like the letters are a bit faded on the back

I only wish I had the time.
Unfortunately this is only getting the required mot repairs. It was bought to sell on at a profit and the owner got a little excited at the auction.
Unfortunately there is no profit left.
The good news is the guy who is responsible for not being able to keep his hand down in the auction has decided to keep it .

I don't know of it but a cool car. Not many left now I shouldn't think. Always think they look nice and retro these days where as once they were budget Capris at £300 a pop.

This looks more like a Calypso not a Cabaret the Calypso had bumper overriders based on an LS, the Cabaret was based on the L, GL,
Ghia, often seen with steel wheels off the showroom.

The remnants of the badge on the back looks like the word calypso also. Why does anyone think it is a Cabaret ?
