2.8 ENGINE AND GEARBOX

Hi guy's I have had an engine and gearbox in my mom's garage for at least 30 year's. Unfortunately she is selling the house to move into a bungalow. so I have moved It to my house. I have turned it over every now and then over the years to keep it moving. when the car got written off I Brought it back with the intention of rebuilding it. This never happened and over the following years ended up selling most of the parts off the damaged shell. So my question is what's It worth. Engine is complete with everything starter,alternator even the power steering pump is still on it. The gearbox is also still attached to it I'd like to say It's done this many miles but I can't remember what the mileage was It certainly wasn't star ship enterprise miles.

Might be worth putting it on the bay, reserve of £150? Never know what you might get. Finn.

you say 2.8 so can we take it its the injection and not carb,

Curious -- What gearbox is it?

 

Hi guy’s it is indeed a 2.8 injection came out of a 2.8 Capri B103JGW funny how I can remember the registration of the 2.8 and 3.0s YON30T but wouldn’t know the focus on the drive. The gearbox is a 5 speed not sure of the type if it’s stamped on the box I can go and have a look. Thank you for the welcome.
