    Hi guys,

So unfortunately this year (2020) is frankly a topsy turvy year, and Surrey Capri Club took a proactive approach and are putting the Ace day on hold this year due to concerns on whether the Ace will even be open. So it's confirmed as 7th August 2021.

Something to look forward to at least for next year! More details released nearer the time!

    Staying safe on lockdown

    Kris

    if I could I would ..
when & ever Rumbly gets set to travel, apart from the Bomber Run, wouldnt mind doing the Ace ..
mileage has never been a barrier, but if I do travel to London Town, then would like to know I could actually get a pitch on site..
Hope this goes well for you Kris..

My daughter went to the Ace on Saturday, should have been an Orion meet, not one turned up, weather was rubbish though, not many Orions about though. There's a Ghia Orion sitting in my unit, needs lots of TLC, another project!!!

    ACE CAFE CAPRI DAY 2021
So after much going back and forth and cancellation from last year, Capris at the Ace are back!
There have been a lot of works done around the area, it has restricted outside parking and the main car park, so now only 40 cars are allowed. Although the new ULEZ does not come into effect until October this will not affect the Ace. So, unless major changes happen, let's get back to good food and good times!
In order to get into the car parking, please message me through fb with your name, registration, Capri model, and mobile number (for data protection these will be discarded in accordance with rules if you do not want your number kept).
Covid rules will apply at the Ace when you arrive.
I am working remotely today and had my jab, so if you don’t receive a response straight away please be patient. Any questions please message!
Looking forward to seeing great cars and people!

great to be able to go to the ace again shame only 23 cars showed up, but for those who did show great day and shows that there are owners who dont worry about a bit of the wet stuff to go out and enjoy your cars

Great to meet you too, thanks for assuring me that Norfolk is a nice place to move to.
Drive back was ok ( still hate that 406 haha).
Hope the rain held off for your trip back and no more hiccups.

Good day out and chatted to a few attendee's
I like the ACE as an event but hate the drive there and back from the A1 South Mimms..
    Especially todays journey
On-Off P*ssing rain--unnecessary roadworks and packed full of halfwit drivers who have little idea of what considerate driving is .
Was happy as Larry as soon as the M25 came into sight

Thank you guys all for braving the weather and getting there, even I nearly turned back!

Will be carrying on the evnt next despite ULEZ charges etc, hoepfully it won't affect too many people
Haven't been able to upload pics up here lately but do so if you can!
