An all too familiar sight in the 80s, it looks like the driver of this once lovely Rosso Red 2.8i Special has lost control and smashed into a wall. Judging by the skid marks he was traveling too fast. Remember, be careful out there guys and gals. I was on the scene quick today and there were no casualties........maybe Martin or Nial can pick it up for spares ;)/>

Glad it's only a model Jez. When I saw the title, I feared the worst.

Got to admit that I did that to my beloved MK2 2.0S back in 1981. Luckily, as it was still fairly new the insurance fixed it but it was never the same again. Then to make matters worse my dad made me sell it as I hadn't repaid him for buying it!

Oh dear, I don't suppose you are the only one to have done it. I had a banana yellow MK1 Cavalier which I drove off a wall, drove into a grass bank and then subsequently discovered it had already been an insurance write off ! When I bought it I wondered why it was so clean - most of the panels were brand new I found out !!
