Restoring a 1974 mk1 1600 GT I bought when I was 22 and could never bear to part with. Its been off the road for >30 years, so its taking some time to bring it round and Ive a feeling Im going to need all the help I can get! Nice to be here. First question is does anyone know where I can get an exhaust system from? I've tried the Capri Club already. thanks

My first port of call for pretty much anything is Martin at capri gear, not sure how much he will be able to help with that though.
Probably worth going to a custom exhaust place local to you and getting them to make something up?

thanks, I dont know Capri Gear, its probably worth checking it out. I've found a custom place in Wellingborough which sounds like it will be worth a phone call.

though it was really confusing as there is a K sticker on top of the cam belt cover. I always wondered what that meant?
