    Question: Next year ?
We have a lot on our family plate with Sarah's wedding and seeing as we moved the date this year the gap from August to April will be quite short .
If there is demand for Lancaster 11 ?
We will scale things down to small raffle with less chasing around fund raising as its hard work!
But with the temptation of a Lancaster and a Mosquito its something to consider ?
    Meanwhile !

Francis, every year you have been involved in this event up to your (and your families) neck, and it has grown, and grown .. the photos & the people have shown the support that is there for this wonderful day out.
It has not gone unnoticed that every year you have become busier, and more involved for longer in its organisation and of course the goody bags.
I think it would be a shame not to have the event in 2018 but then I am biased in having now attended, and missed, the same number of events out of the 10.

IF you can get it into the calendar with the minimum of work and stress to yourself then fine - but as always with these things...
There is nothing bigger, or more important, than Family - That is what you have got to put first always ...

Good Luck and best wishes to you all, especially Sarah for the forthcoming occasion of her wedding.

I would definately want to attend 2018 as I missed last year. Maybe keeping it as a later date next year would help take the load off a little? Like others have said, keeping it 'simple' or at least delegating any extras to others should help [IMG]

well hopefully fingers crossed etc , i would love to do this , i hoped to do it this year but things didn't go to plan, it looks like a fantastic day out , weekend even, as a bit of travelling for me but it would be great to do it and if Fran is overloaded with other things it would be great to see if someone else could take the pressure off of Francis

I'll be along to support the day but as said don't scrafice too much, I appreciate your efforts for putting this event on. Think you've done really well to reach the ten years. When it was said I couldn't quite believe it. Stood in the rain to being stood in T-shirt and shorts it's always a good way to start the year.
