Beware though, the threads in that spoiler dont line up with the holes in the tailgate for the standard spoiler, for anyone who is interested in changing it in the future. Not that its a massive problem but just something to bear in mind.

Nick its work looking underneath and seeing if the holes have been sealed up properly from where your original spoiler was bolted on?

very good point that but as the spoiler will be coming off again sometime in the future for a full respray,(why do I need a new respray I hear u ask)the car was not painted that long ago but it has imperfections in the paint i think when they sprayed the laquer on some dirt has got under the paint and in certain light u can see the imperfections.and will also be changing the bonnet and both front wings when they get removed to do the wing rails and headlight bowls but like I say this will be job in the future.just got to sort a few little niggles with the car at the minute.
