Just moved this old beast into my workshop ready for stripping this week.
Shame to break it as the car is mint and was well looked after.

The engines being rebuilt to low comp with forged bottom end with stage 3 heads, and a modified plenium for a Turbo Technics conversion.

If anyone needs any parts from the scorpio, ie brake calipers and stuff give us a shout.

Hello mate, £40 for the front and rear calipers.
The rears are the same than whats on the sierra 4x4 cosworth, which takes the vented discs not the solid type.

Also it has a nice rad in it which would be good for a 24v conversion.
It has an electric fan in the front of it, as well as being cooled by the viscous from the engine.

What are you doing with the original heads? They should be unleaded safe on the efi 2.8.

If you speak to RikShaw on here, the last 2.8efi engine I sold to him he said the heads wasnt unleaded?
    Which I thought was strange.
So I will check on this one.

2.8efi engines all being unleaded is a myth. They need to have I think d or e stamped in to the exhaust flange to be factory unleaded just like the very rare Mfi unleaded engines.

In a short answer if your saph has the 260mm discs up front iirc the calipers will be the same on both cars so nothing gained size wise but always good to keep spares when they are that cheap, the rears will be a good upgrade
