    Wow, Top Gear was drab and boring in the 80s. Thank god for Clarkson.

    xcellent stuff, the Capri stuff was really interesting, some recogniseable numberplates on show in the clips
    but the Jag XJ stuff was also well worth it...
    thanks for posting it up ... Woolly Woollard at his drab best, I remember watching this at the time, intit great how Top Gear has transformed

    Yeah I should have put that the bit on Capri starts later however some people might like other parts and here in Lincolnshire the 'Tractor' bit might may be interesting to some.

    The yellow mk 1 is my car I did not own it at that time but the person I bought it of was the owner and driver at that time.

    I prefer this top gear when it comes down to the actual cars and how the presenters actually present them.
